I have been going to J. Nicole's for years. I was just there recently for a pedicure. A couple days later, I was helping my friend move and unfortunately, a 300 pound radiator fell from the left gate of a pickup truck and landed right on my foot. I was rushed to the ER and after x-rays and a MRI, it was determined I broke my heal and I may need surgery. 

The good news is that my pedicure didn't even chip! Wow! A pedicure from J. Nicole's can handle a 300 pound radiator being dropped on a person's foot without even a chip in the nail polish!

Everyone is admiring my pedicure and I can't believe I didn't even chip a nail!

I absolutely love this place! Wonderful friendly staff who always offer water, tea, and coffee if you're waiting...which is never long at all, maybe 5 minutes tops! I just had an acupressure facial today by Nicole herself and it was amazing! I actually woke myself up snoring..ugggh..how embarrassing! But apparently it was so extremely relaxing that I was able to fall asleep. Service was great and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone :D

My best friend and I were treated like Queens at J. Nicole's! I treated my best friend, Maria who works very hard for OSU and is a Grad Student at Ashland University, to a pedicure. We were VERY late and we were serviced immediately! While drinking our Starbucks tea we caught up on life and family! The staff was EXCELLENT and we booked our next appointment BEFORE our polish was even dry!

I have been to Charles Pen-zone and J. Nicole's is the best hands down!

I have been a J. Nicoles client for several years and I can't imagine going anywhere else! I get my hair every 3 weeks. I keep it short and my foil-weave color every 6 weeks so that my hair is very trendy. At least once a week someone asks me who does my hair because they love it!

I get the Spa Pedicure once a month. This is a very enjoyable experience and my feet always look good in sandals!  Nicole does my facials and besides it feeling wonderful and relaxing, my skin looks great! I have hormone issues that affect my skin and Nicole recommends the appropriate products but also doesn't overdo it. I get a facial every 6 weeks and always look forward to them! 

Lastly, the reception staff is wonderful! They are friendly, helpful and very efficient.

My first appointment to J. Nicole’s Day Spa was 6 weeks before my wedding. I have always had unpredictable skin (breakouts, dark spots, etc.) and was willing to take every step necessary to make sure my complexion was at its best by the big day. I was referred to J. Nicole's by a friend. I had never had what I considered to be beautiful skin. Typical teenage acne problems, annoying and ego-deflating, but not serious. As I entered my mid-20's I expected my skin to clear-up and look better. It didn't, and in fact became worst because I developed chronic hives. Talk about self-conscious and depressed, I was an insecure mess inside.

What a nightmare, going from dermatologist to dermatologist only to be pumped with various drugs that never worked to stop the hives or the insane itching. I endured three years of this medical runaround and never considered facials as a possible solution. Truth being, I believed the treatments to be a luxury for the beautiful and the wealthy. I had no knowledge of the healing power facials provide, none that is until my first appointment at J. Nicole's.

I was educated on what could be done, and wanting to believe every word, but doubtful because of all the prior disappointments. I decided to give the recommended treatments a try and am so thankful I did. My skin is healthy and beautiful. The best investment in myself I have ever made. The only thing I regret is not understanding the benefits of proper skin treatment earlier in life. I completely trust all the technicians at J. Nicole's and would highly recommend any one of them.
